• Patio is fully furnished along with a Stainless Steel Gas BBQ with an infrared side burner for intense searing heat.

• Our villa satisfies all safety regulations and we have a friendly and helpful local management company located only 7 minutes from the villa (near intersection of Hwy 27 and Hwy 192 and Super Walmart). They are available by telephone 24 hours / 7 days a week for emergency need or you can visit their office during regular working hours in case you need any assistance.
• For your convenience a nicely packaged ‘Guest Binder’ that provides villa info, management company info and local area info is kept in the villa. Please review this Binder upon arrival.
• A corded phone with answering machine and a cordless telephone is provided for those who like to stay in touch. Make free calls to anywhere in USA and Canada. For all other calls please use a pre paid phone card that may be purchased from local stores.
