MAKING A BOOKING. We suggest checking the 'Availability Calendar' to see if your preferred dates are not booked yet. An initial inquiry for provisional booking may be made using the 'Contact Info' page or by calling 410 519-7084 or cell phone 443 226-6918. Provisional booking will be held for 5 days pending receipt of full deposit or rental payment as appropriate. Only the persons named on the booking form are permitted to stay in the house. Florida State Law prohibits subletting, sharing or assigning. Any persons not shown on the booking form will be asked to leave by our Management Company.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment can be made via Paypal using your credit or debit charge card. This procedure is safe and secure for both parties and is highly recommended. A 3% surcharge payment is to be included in the total payment to cover cost.

For Paypal payments click on the Paypal logo below. You do not need a paypal account to pay via credit or debit card. Just click the Paypal logo on this page and click the link below the login name and password where it says "Don’t have a Paypal account?" You will then be directed to a page where you can complete your credit card transaction.

Please add a 3% transaction fee to the total payment when paying via Paypal / credit card / debit card.

If you wish to pay by check or money order or certified check then please send it to the address listed in the 'Contact Info' page.

BOOKING DEPOSIT: A Non Refundable Booking Deposit of US$300 (£160) is required with the booking. Conditional Confirmation will normally be made within 7 days of receipt of deposit. Final confirmation will be made upon receipt of full rental payment per terms listed in this page under "Confirmation".

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit of US$300 (£160) per booking will be collected together with the final balance to cover any breakages, loss or damage or excessive cleaning costs. Normal wear and tear is excluded. In addition you may be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained during your period of reservation in excess of this sum. The booking deposit shall be converted to security deposit upon full rental payment. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 30 days of departure pending Management company status report.

CONFIRMATION: At the time of conditional confirmation, an account will be issued showing the balance due. Final confirmation of booking will be made when full rental amount is paid within 60 days of booking date or arrival date (whichever is earlier). Full details on our villa will be sent out within 30 days of arrival date.

LATE PAYMENT: The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: The client may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

1. More than 60 days before arrival date: 25% of total rental fees forfeited *
2. Between 30 and 60 days of arrival date: 50% of total rental fees forfeited *
3. Less than 30 days of arrival date: 90% of total rental fees forfeited *

*Should a replacement rental be found then a proportionate refund shall be made

AMENDMENTS: Alterations to confirmed bookings can be made at our discretion and the client's request, an administration fee of $200 / £100 will be charged.
