SCREENED IN POOL AND SPA: If required this should be requested at time of booking and paid for with the final balance. Pool is heated with an electrical heat pump and the fee is $150 per week. Spa can be heated for less cost depending on use. The Management Company turns ON the pool and spa heat approx 24 hours ahead of your arrival. We cannot guarantee the pool temperature as this will vary according to several factors. The main factor is the prevailing weather conditions. The Pool heater will automatically shut off if the air temperature drops below 40 degrees (F). Please use solar cover to retain heat when pool is not being used. Spa temperature can be raised to 102 Deg F plus by following procedure listed in the Welcome Binder (only spa water is heated under this mode instead of pool and spa water being heated

BARBEQUE: Stainless Steel Gas BBQ with Infrared Burner for intense searing heat. This is provided as an extra amenity. It is not part of the cleaning team's duties to clean this item. If it is reported dirty then a $40.00 fee will be charged against your Security deposit. This is the charge we have to pay for it to be cleaned. Please follow instructions for BBQ use as provided in the BBQ Use Binder at the villa. Please refill tank from Super Wal-Mart if it becomes empty as a courtesy to next guest. It costs about $17 to refill. Please keep tank valve closed when not in use.

STARTER SUPPLIES: very basic startup supplies are included. It is recommended that additional supplies like extra rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, sugar, coffee, coffee creamer, tea, salt, pepper, soap, dish washer detergent etc be purchased soon after your arrival (based on your anticipated need). Publix Supermarket is 4 minutes from the villa and Super Wal-Mart is 7 minutes from the villa (go North on Hwy 27). Super Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and prices are very reasonable.

COMMUNITY FACILITIES: Children’s play area, 2 flood lit tennis court, basket ball court and volley ball court.

GREAT ROOM: This huge room has a vaulted 20+’ ceiling and numerous windows that allow natural light to filter in. The open space creates a cheery feeling. The Great room has extra long premium leather sectional sofa that seats 8 very comfortably. The coffee table height can be raised by simply pulling the top section towards you. The 50” High Def TV can be operated in a simple mode or High Def Home theater mode (instructions are included in the Welcome Binder that is kept on the villa coffee table).

FORMAL DINING AREA: Comfortably seats 6 persons and with its open floor plan, children playing in the Great room are within sight.

KITCHEN AREA: A dining table that seats 4 is situated in the kitchen area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the things that you would need to prepare the family's favorite dinner. A dishwasher is also installed.

MASTER BEDROOM: Master suite with King sized bed is on the ground floor. The bedroom comes equipped with dresser and mirror, computer work station, cable TV and DVD player. The bedroom has sliders that takes one out directly to the pool area. The bedroom is also equipped with his and her large walk-in closets. An electronic safe is secured on the closet floor. Guest can set their own code (instruction for using it are in the Welcome Binder). All other bedrooms are located on upper level.

2nd MASTER BEDROOM: The second master room has a queen size bed and also has the benefit of it's own full en-suite bathroom and a walk -in closet

BEDROOMS 3 THRU 6: These bedrooms are located on upper level and share a common full bath located separately upstairs. One bedroom has a full bed while remaining 3 bedrooms have 2 twin sized beds each. One twin sized bedroom is set up as a Mickey mouse bedroom and also has Mickey TV.

POOL AREA ACCESS: The pool deck can be accessed from the Great room and master bedroom. There are no rear neighbors.

LAUNDRY ROOM: It has full sized washer and dryer.

HALF BATH: Located in the common area downstairs
